How to format a volume larger than 32 GB in size using the FAT32

Few days ago I just found out that I could not format a volume larger than 32 GB in size using the FAT32 file system with the Windows native formatting tool.  Windows can mount and support FAT32 volumes larger than that, but can’t format. The options are only exFAT and NTFS. FAT32 is an outdated file system, but it’s the only one my TV can read. So if for that reason or something else you have to format a flashdrive larger than 32 GB using FAT32, use this tool: fat32format.exe.

You have to run it from the command line, btw. But so far, it’s the only one that really get the job done. For download link and instructions go here.
